The trip in brief
She told us: "I can't go to Machu Picchu with my friends because I have a health problem and my doctor told me I couldn't go above 3,000 m." Fortunately, her friends were flexible. We created an itinerary for them that cannot be found anywhere else so that they could all go together to see the sacred city of the Incas without ascending above 3,000 m, passing through the central Amazon and ascending the river that flows at the foot of Machu Picchu. A beautiful journey that requires real adaptability and great open-mindedness but allows one to discover another Peru, friendly and welcoming, totally unknown to the general public.
